The Adios Boost is my new favorite shoe. Coming in at 7.8 ounces, the Adios Boost is slightly lighter than its predecessor. The lightweight, mesh upper is extremely breathable but keeps my feet secure from contact to toe off.
Thanks to the new Boost midsole, this is by far the smoothest ride I have ever experienced with any racing shoe. Compared to conventional EVA foam, the Boost material is responsive. A combination of the new midsole and Adidas’ Continental Rubber maximizes grip without limiting flexibility or durability.
I would recommend this shoe to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line shoe from a company who has been making great racing shoes for years. Overall, I give this shoe a 10 out of 10 rating.
Sizing notes: First, this shoe has a slightly wider toe box. Second, the Adios Boost runs a little small; some people may prefer to go up one half size.
This style is in the same category as the Brooks T7 Racer, the New Balance 1400 v2, and the Saucony Type-A6 Racer.
