The all new Hoka One One Conquest is an exciting new model set to be released in January of 2014. The Conquest is a road model built with Hoka’s new midsole material, RMAT. RMAT, an injection molded foam, provides a state of the art weight-to-resilience ratio and excellent energy return while still offering Hoka’s signature plush cushion.
This new design features two layers of material, with the top layer made of plush CMEVA foam. The CMEVA layer is created in a deep cradle design that surrounds the heel on both the medial and lateral sides. The RMAT lower layer is articulated to create a suspension stability system that provides excellent stability without traditional dual-density posting. This stability system, combined with Hoka’s early stage rocker geometry, offers an even lighter weight, highly cushioned and responsive ride that is sure to be a game changer.
The all-new upper is another highlight, featuring a highly breathable, layered, no-sew construction and an external heel counter for a comfort upgrade. The articulated RMAT midsole also offers drainage for quick drying performance, which is a nice touch. For lovers of any current Hoka models, the Conquest is a great new option that we are excited to share.
