Whether they chose creamy, crunchy, salty, natural or conventional, runners are notorious for loving peanut butter. It pairs well with most foods — even burgers. For pre- or post-run runner fuel, try pairing 1 – 2 tablespoons with a banana, apple, a handful of crackers or a smoothie.
