Lizi Bolanos-Nauth is a member of the BRC Training Club. We caught up with her this week as she was getting ready to hit the streets with her buddy Daniel before she went out for a training run. She’s gearing up for the Bolder Boulder, the Vail Hill Climb and the Chicago Half Marathon, with a few trail races thrown in there to keep her close to her roots. We asked what she’s enjoyed about the program, and she offered this perspective:
“This is the best training club! Mark and Sarah are very experienced coaches. They know when to push you and when to hold you back. The group members are very supportive, we all work very hard and encourage each other. I always look forward to my training sessions! After four weeks I am already noticing some great improvements… Can’t wait to see how far I will go. The BRC-training group is awesome!”
