This past Saturday our 1, 2, 3.1 group rocked the 2.5 mile route. It was a quarter mile further than ever before and the group did great. The group is now up to 10 miles a week. They also are within a month of the March 1st 5k and everyone is looking strong. We can’t say enough about how remarkable the progression has been with the group. Keep up the great work everyone!
