This past tuesday at our Beginner Group’s Run, we ran 2.5 miles. Before the run though, we did a very dynamic warm. Orange theory gym had our runners, squatting, doing pushups and stretching in a dynamic fashion so that by the time the run started, everyone was well warmed up. After the run, we all cooled down with some challenging yet very effective stretches as well. Stay tuned for specific dates as we will begin offering classes from the new Orange Theory Gym at our Littleton location, in the next few weeks.
