“Stepgeek” — that’s what my Fitbit called me after taking 19,293 steps in one day (which included my run). I learned that I burned 2,283 calories; total distance completed was 9.34 miles; I was very active for 84 minutes; climbed 104 floors; and slept for 7h 54 min, awaking 3 times and logging 15 minutes of restless sleep.
You’d think I’d be tired from doing all of that, but instead I feel charged and motivated with my Fitbit. With it, I can log all of my daily meals and track my calories as I go. It also measures my weight loss and weight gain, helping me to stay right on target. The perfect gift idea and a very handy little gadget!
