Nella’s Recap: 2-19-14

Last night our Nella’s runners had a great workout.  They did intervals @ half marathon for 3 minutes, with two minute recovery jogs, three times.  After the intervals they also had 4 *30 second intervals on/ 30 seconds off @ 5k pace/ recovery jog pace.  Mizuno was our guest this past week with demos of the Wave Rider 17 and Wave Inspire 10.  Everyone enjoyed the shoes, and the reward afterward…. Delicious Froyo from Nella’s.  Next week we are hosting Hoka One One.  See you all then.
