Nella’s Workout with Brooks Running

Our Nella’s group was a bunch of Brooks “Beasts” this past Wednesday at the speed workout.  The workout was not easy either.  The group did a ladder workout @ half marathon effort.  1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1 minute intervals with 1 minute recoveries.  After this, the group did some strides and a nice cool-down.  Amy brought with her samples of the Glycerin 11 and Adrenaline GTS 14 for both men and women.  We ran happy, all the way to Nella’s!  Thanks again Brooks for the fun night!
