Starting at the Boulder Running Company, this route is a loop around downtown Boulder.
This moderately challenging 5.2 mile route includes a 140 foot climb in the first two miles. Heading west on Pearl Street from the BRC, the run reaches the Pearl Street Mall at the 1 mile marker. As you approach the Boulder Canyon at Eben G. Fine Park, the run hits its’ highest point at 5,446 feet. At the park, the route heads back east on the Creek Path, which will take you gradually downhill the rest of the way. The final miles will pass the Boulder Public Library, the Courthouse, and the University of Colorado. Like the Wednesday Night Fun Run, the run heads north on Folsom Avenue, and heads back to the Boulder Running Company.
