Step 4: Click on the bubble labeled Intervals

After opening the Laps and Interval tab you will see 4 bubbles. Your going to want to click on the last one labeled Intervals. Once you have chosen the interval option you can adjust between many option including Meters, Kilometers, Miles, and Minutes for your interval. You can also adjust your rest (same options as interval). The best part is you can do Mile repeats with 2 minutes rest period and the watch will let you know when your suppose to stop and start.

Step 5: Get out there and get in some work!

Now that you have the steps down to making your own workouts get out there. This option should allow you to do the work without over thinking your workout. You also get to save your workouts on your Nike+ account to share with friends and training groups. Feel free to share your workouts on our Facebook page at Florida Running Company.
