RUNTHISTOWN post holiday workout!
Tonights workout will be a timed effort. The workout will help push yourself to get as many intervals in before the time expires.
We will be meeting at Florida Running Company and running down to Peacock Park as our warm up.
-We will be using the loop that runs down South BayShore to the marina coming back on the bike path.
-You will have 30 minutes of total run time using this loop
The objective of this workout is to get as many loops in, in the 30 minutes. We will use this workout more then once during this training period in order to track success.

Now that the holiday rush is over lets get back to work. We are going to have a great work out on a well lit path.
