Now that everybody’s hangover from New Year’s has hopefully faded away (I would sure hope so by now), it’s time to start 2014 off right! And by starting the year off right, I mean getting in some miles in the new year!
What are your running goals for the new year? Maybe a race you want run, a new distance or locale? Some PR goals? Maybe some mileage goals? Or maybe just running or working out consistently?
