Are you a new runner? Do you want to be? Learn to run this spring! Enjoy the fun & motivation of a group setting and personalized coaching tailored to your current abilities and goals. We’ll be training for the Spring Fever 5K on Sunday, May 4 and we want YOU to join us!
Training kicks off on Monday, March 3!
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6PM
Saturdays at 9:30AM
We know that sometimes life gets in the way, so we encourage you to attend at least 2 classes per week. But if you miss a session, don’t worry! You’ll have the workout schedule ahead of time so you can complete your run at home.
You’ll receive a training plan, coaching, a t shirt, socks, & good times are guaranteed.
