Since so many of you are now in the midst of Spring Half and Full Marathon training, we have decided to do “Training Tip Tuesday!” We will provide articles from different magazines to help people out with recovery, different workout ideas along with just different perspectives on how to go about racing! We hope this helps out or atleast gives you a different outlook on training!! The first article comes from Competitor Magazine titled “Train to Recover-Don’t Recover to Train.” Our store manager Pat saw this article and sighted that everyone must read it. He follows this exact philosophy and was able to drop 55 seconds in his 5k and over 9 seconds in his one mile time while being able to still enjoy running and not treating it like a job!
