Sunday, November 3 – TRX & Plyometric Workout with One on One Fitness Boston

Get ready to rock your fitness world on Sunday, November 3 at 10:30am!

Justin Budovsky, certified personal trainer & owner of One On One Fitness Boston is going to lead a FREE  full-body TRX and plyometric workout.  We’ll begin with a short run to warm up and then we’ll roll right into exercises that involve your own body weight, working out inside the store and outside!   All levels are welcome, and get ready to have some fun!  Stop by the store to sign up and reserve your spot.  BONUS:  All participants receive a 15% discount on shoes* & full-priced apparel after the workout!
