Join Greater Boston Running Company & Marathon Physical Therapy for a multi-dimensional approach to running & road race training. Build good habits while you enjoy the fun and motivation of group training. We’ll train to run & race while becoming smarter & stronger.
Our integrative approach will include a 3-day per week running program and weekly clinics on preventing running injuries, strength & flexibility training, running workouts and the inside scoop on footwear, gear, and the latest hydration products. We’ll provide you with the expert resources you need to improve your fitness and performance.
Training begins Sunday, April 6!
Sessions meet every Sunday at GBRC Newton or Marathon Physical Therapy in Newton at 9AM. Session will begin with a 30 minute clinic on the topic of the week followed by a group run.
There are additional social group runs every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:15pm at GBRC – all runners are welcome!
