Calcitriol (activated vitamin D) is a steroid hormone we get from sunlight. Aussie scientists found exposure to this has a positive effect on endurance and the number of fast-twitch muscle fibres activated.
The anticipation for the longer days and longer, more enjoyable runs has got the entire GBRC staff buzzing. To increase the excitement and bring you out of your winter hiberation, we’ve put together a jam packed schedule for March!
- March 11th – Nike kicks off the ‘Spring into Action’ month with a Group run and post run pizza, and Nike swag!
- March 18th – New Balance Good Form Running Clinic and Group Run with demo products!
- March 25th – Brooks Running stops by the store to help host our group run with demo products!
