One Fund

Yoga promotes unification of the body and mind, and as you develop your practice, it will increase your awareness and ability to look within, to think for yourself, and trust yourself. The result is that you will feel more peaceful and self-confident during a period of rapid change and be able to engage the world with a more positive outlook.

The class will emphasize on the breath, relaxation, and linking movement with breath through a series of poses for runners that promote balance, flexibility, strength, and meditation. The class is revitalizing and the poses are modified to welcome a beginner while challenging an experienced student. The class will end in guided relaxation to deepen the release of tension and fatigue.
