Long training runs at the Morristown Running Co.!

On Sunday we held our first long training run of the year. It was a 10 mile loop that participants had to option of doing once or twice. There was a water/gatorade station at the 5 mile mark. Perfect for runners with Fall marathons coming up! We had over 50 participants of all paces!
Our next long group training run will be Sunday November 10th at 8am. It will be 10 miles long. Hope to see you then!
