Good Running Form – It’s all in the hips!

On Saturday January 18th at 9:00am, Janice Morra from DMC Rehab will be presenting a clinic on good running form. This 45 minute clinic will focus on strengthening your hips and core to improve your running form. It is free of charge and will be taking place here at the Running Company.
