10-20 mile group run this Sunday!

Long Training Run – Sunday October 13
If you are training for a marathon or half marathon, this is a great way for you to get your mileage in! The run will begin at the Morristown Running Company at 8 am. From the store, runners will run to the end of the traction line, around the Giralda Farms path, onto Woodland, Spring Valley, Blackberry Lane, South Gate PKWY and back up South St. You can do the 10 mile loop once or twice. Maps will be available prior to the run. The course will be marked with arrow signs, but it is not closed to traffic so please be cautious. There will be water and GatorAde at the 5, 10 and 15 mile marks. Hope to see you!
