Mon. 9/8 – 6:00pm

Run This Town Gear Up Night, featuring Garmin Gary. All past, present and future RTT members can come in for 15% off their purchase and a chance to ask Gary their most complicated Garmin questions. Current members can also pick up their RTT technical shirts! This is also a great opportunity to ask questions or sign up for the new Couch to 5k group starting on 9/10.


Tues. 9/9 – 6:15pm

New Balance Prediction Run. No watches allowed! Predict your time and then join us for a 4 mile run. The two runners who are closest to their prediction will win some cool New Balance prizes! Our New Balance rep will also be bringing some other raffle prizes and post-run refreshments!


Wed. 9/10 – 6:15pm

Couch to 5k Grand Re-opening. Whether you are trying to get back in shape after a little too much summer relaxing or you’ve never run before, this is a great way to ease yourself into running! The group meets Mondays/Wednesdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 9:00am. Our three great coaches will give you a workout combining walking and running, with the goal of completing a 5k in November.


Sun. 9/14 – 7:00am

Marathon and Half Marathon Long Run. Training for a fall marathon or half? This is a great way to get your miles in with lots of company and water stations! Choose from 8, 13 or 18 mile routes. Water will be provided every 4-5 miles. Gels and Superhero Events tech shirts will be distributed at the beginning of the run. Cost is $10 and 100% of that goes to the American Red Cross. 9/15-9/21 – Pet week!

Bring in a donation for 911 Dog and Cat Rescue (such as food, kitty litter, toys, etc.) and receive 10% off your purchase, all week!


Wed. 9/17 – Doggy Dash group run – Bring Fido for a fun 4-mile jog. No flexi-leashes allowed and BYO poop bags!


9/24-26 – Packet pickup for Oktoberfest 10k and Relay.

Marathon Massoud’s Secrets to Success. 67 year old Massoud Messkoub has run a marathon in every state and has a goal of completing 70 marathons before he turns 70. He is full of stories and knowledge pertaining to the 26.2 mile distance! Whether you are wondering what to expect on your first marathon, or wondering how to fine tune your training, he will have tons of advice for you. Bring in all of your questions about running and he will answer them!
