Thursdays at 6:15pm
Saturdays at 8:00am
(You do not have to attend all sessions!)
Place: All runs will start at the Morristown Running Company.
Tuesday will be a hill or interval workout, Thursday will be an easy 30-40 minute jog, Saturday will be a longer run, starting at 5 miles and working up to 13 miles.
Shorter workouts will be provided for those who are doing the relay.
Cost: $50 – includes 12 weeks of coached training, guest speakers, social outings, a tech shirt and tech socks.
