Come join us at our group runs and training workouts!

 

Tuesday 10 AM– Group walk- We have partnered with Atlantic Health for casual walks

Tuesday 6 pm– Track/Speed work- Summit Track: Want to work on your speed? Meet us at the starting line for specified speed training!

Thursday 9:30 AM– Mother’s and More Group run 3+ miles- Great for beginner runners. Drop the kids off at school and run off the stress of everyday life.

Saturday 8 AM– Long Run- All abilities welcome- 5-10 miles. Great for those looking to train for a fall marathon.
