We have been teamed up with Satsang Yoga Studio for the past few years to offer Yoga in Store every Sunday at 10am. The team of instructors from Satsang makes everyone feel at home, you don’t need to be a seasoned yogi or even a runner to take part.
The focus of each class changes but the general idea is to get all of us who are fairly inflexible (yup that’s most of us reading this blog) to gain some flexibility and gain strength in our core. However yoga is helpful in plenty of other areas too from Weight Loss to Stress Relief.
Andrea, Julia, Melissa and Ellen have modified techniques for all kinds of experience levels, just like our Run This Town training programs, our goal is to introduce you to yoga and how it can help you. Everyone finds a different satisfaction from their yoga practice, running and overall fitness routine. And did we mention it’s FREE! Stop by on Sundays – pull up a mat.
