Spring Into Action with BootCampWF!

Join us on Thursday, March 20th at 7 p.m. for Spring Into Action with BootCampWF


Sweat it out with BootCampWF! We’ll have raffles, small bites & sweet deals all night. Kathy & Mari of BCWF will lead a dynamic sampling of Spring Session I workouts OUTSIDE  the Running Company (weather permitting). Workout starts at 7 p.m. sharp — join us before & after to Gear Up for the spring season!

BootCampWF will be raffling off (1) FREE Spring Session I class which starts March 24th. The Westfield Running Company will be offering 15% off any in-store purchase + random raffles throughout the night. All participants will enjoy 10% off their Spring Session I membership if they signup in-store! There will also be an opportunity to enjoy a post-workout stretch lead by Yoga & Healing Center + massages by Anca Dumitrescu from Old World Wonder.

BootCamp WF

A note from Kathy & Mari of BCWF:

Assessment Day is Monday, March 24 at either 6:00 or 9:15 am!  BootCampWF always starts off with an optional fitness assessment of all recruits. Prior to the first (and after the last!) day we see how long it takes for you to walk/run a half mile, how many push-ups you can do without stopping and how many sit-ups you can do in 60 seconds. We will also do an optional weigh-in and body-fat evaluation.  These assessments allow you and the instructors to measure progress over the course of the program, and EVERYONE IMPROVES. If you think you can’t do one push-up, that’s ok because you’re not alone. You don’t have to be in shape to come to BootCampWF – getting you in shape is our job!
