#TBT – Throwback Thursday – Quimby Street Challenge


A couple months back we hosted an awesome and unique event with Crossfit Westfield (CFW). CFW provided box jumps, kettle bells, and all the fixin’s for a challenging workout.

WOD #1
20 minutes: AMRAP- As Many Reps As Possible (Partner Workout)
Partner 1 runs around the block
Partner 2 is doing
20 Kettlebell swings
15 Box Jumps
10 Burpees
*Each round will be marked with a chip after completion of the last burpee and when run is completed.
*If partner one completes their run and partner two is still finishing a round partner one will do push-ups till partner 2 is finished and vice versa.

The only thing that survived were the pictures…
