Tonight is the first in our training series that will prep us to take on the most-respected event in running: The Beer Mile.
Tonight’s 4-5 mile run is a part of the training that we use to establish an aerobic base. The beers we drink afterwards is part of the training that gets you ready to drink beers.
We’ll provide some beers, but you should bring your “buds”.
