Group Running: Strength in Numbers

Whether chasing a racing dream or just getting the blood flowing running is often a pursuit of freedom.  Some runners seek freedom from daily stresses, others from those few extra pounds still hanging on.  As Winter continues to extend its icy arm getting out the door for a run can become difficult.  This type of weather shows the true value of training with a group.  Encouragement, conversation, and the knowledge that you are not the only one out there can help lace up the shoes.  Every Wednesday evening at 7pm we will be ready to tackle the elements with you and help continue that pursuit of freedom!
