Run This Town Training for Spring

Our Spring season is here and our Run This Town Training Programs are set to launch later this month. We are so proud of our runners from the winter session and we look forward to helping a new crop of runners achieve their goals, whether it’s a first 5K or a PR in a Half Marathon.


Run This Town Training Groups meet twice each week. You’ll enjoy dedicated coaching and a customized training program. And it’s easier than ever to register, simply by clicking the links below!

  • Couch to 5K — meets Wednesday night at 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 9:00am; starts Weds. March 26 and will continue for 10 weeks. Cost is $50. To register, click here
  • Half Marathon — meets Thursday night at 6:30pm and Sunday morning at 8:30am; starts Thursday, March 27 and will continue for 12 weeks. Cost is $100. To register, click here

    Is the half marathon training program suitable for first-time half marathoners? Currently running only up to 10K at most.

      Hi AJ – Yes, many of our runners are first time half-marathoners. We actually had 4 first timers run the NYC Half two weeks ago! Come join us and we are sure that we can help you get to 13.1!
