Dynamic Pre-Run Warm Up

Hi all,

With crisper autumn temperatures upon us, it is critically important more than ever to adequately prepare your muscles for movin’ in the chilly weather. We recommend doing a dynamic warm-up, i.e. non-static stretching. A dynamic warm-up helps prime your muscles for what the type of activity that they’re about to perform, MOVEMENT, in a way that static stretching does not. Though don’t get us wrong, we highly recommend static stretching post-run.
