Spring brings Rye’s new “Couch to 5K” training program. Beginning April 3rd, we kick off our 8 week beginner training program. We will make sure you get to the start line of your first 5k, healthy and ready to run.
See below for what our Couch to 5K training program includes:
- 8 weeks of training runs led by our USA certified coach, Noga Ruttenberg
- 2 sessions a week, 1 hour each
- Training program design and continuous online support
- Goodie bag with running essentials
- Race entry into local 5K race of your choice or ours
- Program runs from 4/3 to 5/29
