This coming Monday November 11th and Sunday November 24th we will be hosting a complimentary yoga class for runners. The class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and will be taught by Dana of YogaVie in Port Chester. Dana has been a yoga practitioner for 5 years and this class will be focusing on building strength and increasing flexibility in areas where runners need it most. Monday’s class will be held at 7:30 pm and Sunday’s will be at 9:30 am.
