Yoga for Runners/Walkers!

Yoga for runners and walkers will be held in store this Sunday, November 24th, at 9:30am. Dana from YogaVie in Port Chester will be teaching the class again. The class is approximately one hour long and targets muscles to build strength and improve flexibility that people use most when running and walking.

Dana has been a yoga instructor for over 5 years.

This class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat).
