Studies show that regular exercise leads to increased happiness and a reduction in depression. It’s true because it’s on the internet and because every morning there are a thousand people walking, running and yogging on Town Lake. Running every day is like a gateway drug. Pretty soon you’re running marathons, then ultra marathons. Then you’re doing triathlons and climbing the Matterhorn before work. If you don’t have time to run or walk 30 minutes every day, then you have much bigger problems than time issues (insert smiley face emoticon).
