Now that we are a couple of weeks past the Houston and SL Marathons, we will try to get started back on the track this week. Not sure what the weather is going to be like tomorrow, so keep an eye out for the cold and rain before getting out there. We will try to ease back in this week, so the workout will be 6 x 400M (at your 5k pace) with a 400m jog recovery. Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so. Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements High School. Be sure to bring some water and/or Gatorade.
