The workout calls for 5 x 1000M with a 400M jog recovery between each. These should be somewhere around where you were last week for the 1000 as part of the ladder . Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so. Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements HS Track. Be sure to bring some water and/or an electrolyte drink.
