After the week off, we will continue to build up this week. The workout will be 4 x 1000M (at your 5k pace) with a 400m jog recovery. Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so. Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements High School. Be sure to bring some water and/or Gatorade.
