TRC Club Tuesday Track Workout!

Courtesy of Gary: The workout this week will be 3 x 1200M (at your 5k pace) with a 400m jog recovery.  Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so.  Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements High School.  Be sure to bring some water and/or Gatorade.
