Not sure what the weather is going to be like tomorrow, so keep an eye out for the cold and rain before getting out there. We will continue to slowly get back into the track workouts upping to 600s this week. The workout will be 5 x 600M (at your 5k pace) with a 400m jog recovery. Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so. Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements High School. Be sure to bring some water and/or Gatorade.
